I had a Hamilton Beach that lasted 8 years. I'm looking for a replacement. I'm at a loss. The models sure have changed. What features and model would you recommend?
TIA! :)

For our wedding we registered for a Rival oval 5qt digital and I love it. It was from Target and I think it was under $40 but that was 3 years ago. I use it at least once a week. I'll set it for 8 hours (Low) in the morning and when it's done it automatically switches to Warm so dinner is still hot when we get home. The crock part comes out, so easy clean-up. It's dishwasher safe but I've never put it in there. If something sticks, I'll soak it overnight, and it cleans up nicely.

I use a Rival with the removable pot along with Reynolds slow cooker liners- so easy to clean & it cooks well.

Thanks guys. I asked the same question on the CB and Rival seems to be the brand a lot of people have.

My only advice is to get an oval one, not one of the taller round ones... that way you can use it for a beef or pork roast, or a whole chicken.
