I've made the one with jelly and chili sauce, also tried cranberry sauce instead of jelly.

Looking for a new recipe for Christmas Eve, easy is beat and I'd love to use my crockpot.

I do honey garlic glazed. It's my favorite meatball recipe.

Sauté 4 minced garlic gloves in one tablespoon butter until tender. Mix into garlic: 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup honey and 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer then add cooked meatballs. Transfer to crockpot and cook on low.

Ive even made the sauce and added frozen meatballs in the crockpot with the sauce.

1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce
1 bag frozen meatballs

Place all three items in crockpot. Cook for 4 hours. I start out on HI, but then switch to LOW.

I get RAVE reviews about this!

Not sure if you wanted a frozen meatball recipe but I have made my aunt's recipe a number of times for parties and always get rave reviews. They are good all by themselves but I serve with a sweet and sour sauce and a soy ginger dip on the side. It makes a lot so i freeze and warm in crock with just a bit of water (to give off steam).

Cocktail meatballs

4# ground beef
1 # ground pork
2 10oz containers of bread crumbs
6 cups milk (I cut down if too wet)
1/2 # grated onion or chopped fine
4 tbs butter
5 eggs
10 tsp salt (I cut down to about 6 - 7)
2.5 tsp pepper
1.5 tsp sugar
1.25 tsp ginger

saute onion in butter, cool. Mix in remaining ingredients. Form into bite size balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the size.

I have also made the frozen bagged meatballs with a jarred teriyake. Very good!

These are my super-simple yummy meatballs. I guess you'd say they're Swedish type.

1 big bag of frozen meatballs
1 cans (the medium size ones) of Beef Gravy
1 pint of sour cream

Mix the gravy & sour cream together until blended. Add meatballs. Place in crockpot and cook until hot.

Depending on our party size (and other available treats), we usually don't have many leftovers!
