Kweaver beat me to the creamy chicken recipe! I had this cooking for lunch 2 months ago when a friend dropped by. Her 3-year-old decided they should stay and have some(it smells that good!) My friend's other 3 kids loved it when she made it a week later, and it is one of my kids' favorite meals! I won't have any trouble making it in the 2-bedroom in June, but I am curious how one would cook the pasta noodles in a studio. I was thinking you could cook the noodles at home, al dente, then place in a ziploc bag when drained and cooled, and refrigerate the day before leaving(the noodles should be good for 2-3 days if refrigerated, right?) Then heat the noodles up in the microwave before using(probably adding a little water before heating). Anyone know anything about reheating pasta?
