Ok I have another one we just had it last night and it was unbelievable.
1 whole chicken
favorite spices to make a rub.
Just clean the chicken rub with favorite spices (we put an orange inside...)
cook on low heat for 8 hours.
No need to add more liquid or anything it was the most tender/flavorful chicken we've ever had! Cheap too, whole chickens here are like $6-$8 we have lots of leftovers!

Is it still cooking?
. I do timeshare and my pet peeve with all time shares is that they do not include crockpots!! I can't fit it in my one allowed carry on bag when I fly but I may try it. Is there a TSA approved crock pot for carryon?
