CRO has been great ...

I had to post this ...
I am very lucky to be going to Disney in August ... a totally unexpected trip. Once DH and I made the "decision" it was up to me to make the call to get rates, dates, and then, change dates (add a day). I want to let everyone know that the CRO was GREAT in giving me rates, confirming, then, being patient with extending my stay. The three people that I talked to on this upcoming trip have been knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. They have been great.

Yeah I second that..CRO has been great for me this year...especially when I was going fillpy floppy in my resort picks. They seem to have improved CRO since previous years...last year was atrocious! this year has been a pleasant experience! Kudos to CRO!
