Well, I check my email several times a day so I would have definitely noticed if someone replied. As far as the voice mail messages I left my name, phone #, and a brief explanation of what happened. I also left a message with someone's secretary, that was also not returned. I am usually home all day, and if I'm not I have voice mail.
You would think that after spending so much money at WDW resorts they would care enough to say *something*.
OKW was awesome!
The 2 bedroom villa was just perfect and we loved it so much we're doing it again. 
We also might be adding a few more days to our trip, so we might resort hop over to BWI, WL, or GF. I can't wait!!!!!!!!
