CRO and Canadian email addresses?

Just got off the phone with CRO. I wanted to verify our email address that they had on file. The CM said there is no email address connected with my name and that they don't email Canadians. Is this true? I know I gave them my email address in the past. I get emails from Disney Insider and about Disney videos but maybe not from anything affiliated with CRO?

Also, on the Resort Codes board, they suggest you call CRO and ask if there is a pin code connected to your name. I did that too and the CRO acted like I was talking in some foreign language. Have any of you tried this? Thanks for any info! :confused3

There's an e-mail address connected to my account. On my last trip when when a lot of people were getting e-mail discounts, I called and asked the CM to check my address but there was nothing. He didn't act like it was anything out of the ordinary. Maybe that CM had never been asked before :)
 
I know they have my email address but have never received a code. When I asked recently if there was a pin beside my name the answer was no. I do receive the same disney insider but never any codes. Would love to get a code one day though.

Thanks for the info! Here's hoping we get codes coming are way!
 

I once entered a thread on DIS (Canadian Board) asking if any fellow Canadians had ever received a pin code and If I remember correctly, the answer was no. :confused3
 
I called about 2 weeks ago to see if I had a PIN attached to my name. The answer was no. I asked her whether or not they send emails/postcards to Canadians and she said has never been told that they don't but she didn't actually verify this with anyone. Maybe Cdns don't get these offers and that is why we often get special codes for Cdn residents...?
