You may not be able to get through both Mickey and Minnie's house in one hour. You also did not mention if you were planning on getting your fastpasses at that time, or if you were planning on using them at that time.

In any case, the line for Nemo might get pretty long right after the parade as it is pretty close to the parade route. I would also suggest if you can, that you try to get your fastpasses for Autopia before you stand in line for Nemo (they would likely be good for use by the time you get off Nemo).

It looks like a fun day! :thumbsup2

What day of the week are you going? Is there a specific reason why are you waiting to purchase your tickets the morning of your day at DL? Some of your times look kind of tight if you are planning on being there on a weekend.

IASW doesn't offer fastpass.

I agree with previous posters. Here are the flaws:

A) Never ever ever waste your precious morning touring hours buying tickets. Even if you're there for one day, get the E-ticket (print at home) tickets. I also highly recommend that you don't do a character breakfast especially if you're only there for one day.

B) IASW doesn't have FP

C) Assuming from the hours that it is a weekend or busy day, at 10:30, Peter Pan's line will be at least 30 minutes

D) For the same reason, you will not be able to see both mouse houses in an hour.

E) I don't think you really understand how FP works. You have to go to the ride, get a FP ticket, and then come back a couple hours later. And you can (for the most part) only be holding onto one at a time. Read Hydroguy's great tips for information: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1186052

F) I can guarantee you that you will not be able to do Nemo, Buzz, and Autopia in an hour.

G) You will want to get your Fantasmic seat earlier than 10:15 because of reasons in C and D.

Okay, I see several issues.

1. Buy tickets before you get to Disneyland. The ticket line is usually a 20 min to one hour wait. E-ticket options printed from your home computer mean you go directly to the gate and do not wait in line. You also save a bit of cash purchasing at home.

2. Its a Small World does not have fast pass.

3. Even if you could get through Mickey and Minnie's houses in your time slot, you could never get to the French Market by 12:30.

4. You have Indiana Jones adventure in late afternoon. Many times this ride runs out of fastpasses before 1:00 p.m. Same with Buzz Lightyear and Autopia.

5. Never be intimidated by the line at Pirates of the Carribean. It often looks HUGE but usually only last 20 minutes at the most.

Disneyland is relatively small in acreage compared to Magic Kingdom at WDW. My suggestion would be to pick up a fastpass for Indiana Jones, go to fantasyland and ride rides until your Indy time is up, go to Autopia or Buzz Lightyear for a fastpass, go ride Indy, then Pirates, then go pick up fastpass for whichever ride you missed (Buzz or Autopia) and ride your fastpass that you did pick up.

If you want to see most of what is in Fantasyland you need to get to the park as soon as you can before opening and get a great place in line. Peter Pan Flight (a park favorite) will have an hour wait after the park is open for about 2 hours. Before then it is nearly a walkon.

Have a great trip.

Side note: Unless you really have your heart set on eating a sitdown meal at one of the reservation suggested restaurants in DLR, don't plan your meals, just eat when you are hungry. Most places are cafeteria style and do not require reservations.

I have to agree with the all of the previous posters in their critiques. The other thing I wanted to add is the time you've alloted for the Princess Fantasy Fair in addition to the Fantasyland rides you want to do will probably not be enough. I don't know what you want to do at the PFF - just watch the show, meet the princesses or both - but if you want to meet the princesses that line alone can be around 45 minutes.

Are you only there for one day?

You need to read all the comments above & read HydroGuy's "How to use FP on a Busy Day", which will enlighten you & give you a feel for how to work the park. Bottom line - with only one day, the first three hours are important to tour & collect FP (imo). If it was me:

Itinerary:

8am: Arrive @ Disneyland
1. Buy tickets
2. Rent Stroller
3. Buy Autograph book & pen
4. Plaza Inn – Minnie & Friends Breakfast 9:30am
- Have Tickets in hand & be at front gate at 7:25 am (munching on bkfast & coffee.
- Rent Stroller later (or bring one). Buy a pen & auto book at a DL store ahead of time.
- If you get there at 7:25, you'll be one of the first through the gate & power walk to PP. No pics, no stopping. In order (unless you skip one because of ages in group):

- PP (I'd have someone in your group pick up a FPs for SM or Indy & meet you at Dumbo.)
- Dumbo
- Alice
- Matterhorn

Then if you must, the breakfast. (after picking up your second FP)

10:30am: Fantasyland
1. It's a small world (Fastpass) There is none
2. Peter Pan Ride Done
3. Storybook Land Canal Boats
4. Disney Princess Fantasy Faire

12:30pm: Toontown Maybe do this after FL. Pick up a RR FP when you walk in & it'll probably be availble as you leave TT
1. Mickeys House
2. Minnie’s House

1:30pm: Lunch (French Market Restaurant – New Orleans Square)you just ate a buffet 3 hours ago? Have a meal at 4pm.

2:30pm: New Orleans Square
1. Pirates of the Caribbean I would do Pirates, HM, Pooh after FL & before lunch & pick up Indy, Splash or BTMRR FPs
2. Haunted Mansion (Fastpass)

3:30pm: Critter Country
1. Winnie The Pooh Ride
2. Pooh's Sweet Shoppe *Photo Op*

4:30pm: Adventureland
1. Indiana Jones Adventure (Fastpass) Not unless you picked it up that morning.
2. Jungle Cruise& then a Dole Whip :thumbsup2

5:30pm: Grab dinner (Bengal Barbecue – Adventureland) and Find spot for Parade @ 6:30pmHave 2 of you save a spot on the stone bench next to the Alice restrooms while the rest go ride Buzz or Star Tours. & pick up a FP for Autopia.

7:30pm: Tomorrowland
1. Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage (good luck)
2. Autopia (Fastpass) (better already have a FP)
3. Buzz Lightyear (Fastpass) Hopefully you've already ridden.

8:30pm: Grab snack @ Blue Ribbon Bakery (Main Street) and find a spot for Fireworks and snow @ 9:45

10:15pm: Find a spot to watch Fantasmic @ 10:30

11pm: Head back to hotel

Any suggestions? Am i missing anything?? What is the best plan for collecting Fastpasses?

After considering all of the previous posts & reading HydroGuy's threads, I would reconsider the meals, & redo the itinerary & post back (for opinions). Your itineray posted above won't come close to working. Better to have one that works.

Have a great time. :thumbsup2
