You do not add as much to your plans as I would like to see, like what FPs do you have at each park.
Restaurants that you have are all good. Never did dinner at Askershus but breakfast is awesome. BoG is good and great scenery. Teppan do is fun.
Boardwalk is great location to visit HS and Epcot.
Careful of the late night Monorail, often times it is down.
Which water park - my family likes Typhoon better.
Have you looked at EMH - late if there are any - they allow for many rides.

I think it's a little ambitious with a small child when I look at it.
I take it it's your DD's first visit? Also her first flight? I would make sure you are flexible on your first day, depending on how she reacts to getting up early, the flight, maybe keep in mind not to go to MK. Maybe already prepare to split up, with all adults and one small child, you and DH might wanna go back to the room for a break, when necessary.
Also with a small child I wouldn't do 2 HS days and 3 EP days, also I would hop less.

I would go for a later breakfast on the 8th if your plans are to go to the pool or waterpark for the rest of the day. No need to get up that early. I would go for the pool to make it more relaxing. Water parks really wear you out and if you want to make good use of MNSSHP better take it easy.

I would reconsider Teppan Edo on the 14th, it's the first day of Food & Wine.

I have the FPs but ill add them when my daughter goes down fkr a nap since it will take awhile to type out. We picked parks based off of not having EMH to avoid crowds ( hopefully). We always preferred bliard beach to typhoon but i never explored the kid areas in either so im open to suggestions.

Your plans look pretty good to me. I might see if I could do Beaches & Cream on your MNSSP day and skip the water park. Hang out at the resort pool and rest up for a late night. The water park would tire me out too much to enjoy the party.

Ohana on your HS day is a little out of the way, but there's really not another place for it. The bus ride to/from HS/Poly is not that bad and will provide a bit of rest if you intend to return to HS for nightime stuff.

This will be her 5th flight, the firay 4 were cross country. She has been to disneyland but not to wdw. Before she was born we would go every year.

We have early dinners so afterwards she could still go to bed at her normal 7/8 bedtime. My in laws will take turns with us going back with her.

Most of the restaurants we love are at epcot, if they werent i wouldnt spend much time there. We all are fans of toy story mania, that and the close walk from boardwalk had us going there twice.

I tried to switxh us to the 8th but there isnt anything available. We were going there to grt the kitchen sink. So we may just do the walk up and get the mini version on the 8th and cancel the reservation on the 7th. Thanks for the tip

September 13th is a MNSSHP so MK closes at 7 pm
I have the same reservation at BOG for dinner so we will see you there
