What do you guys think?

I also think your plan looks pretty solid and I am sure you already know to be flexible as needed. I have only been once since FP+ began, but we did much the same as what you have planned. We waited stand by first thing in the morning and then had FP+ planned and were able to add a couple more rides after we used them. I did try to plan my FP+ in a logical order for walking. For example, we might do rides in adventure land and frontier land first, then plan FP+ for fantasy land and tomorrow land rides or vice versa. It seemed to work for us and we didn't feel like we were criss-crossing the park too much. Sounds like you a fantastic trip planned. Have a magical time!
