Our 180 days is tomorrow and I'm still not 100% sure what to reserve. Let me know your thoughts! We aren't on the dining plan (every time I've calculated in the past it's not worth it for us). Kids are 11, 9, and 7.

Fri Mar 30 (Good Friday) check in - O'hana dinner

Sat Mar 31 - Garden Grill pre-park opening - Via Napoli 1:30ish

Sun - Easter brunch maybe 1900 Park Fare. Not sure??? Any other suggestions for brunch? Heading to MK in afternoon. BOG if we can get it for dinner or maybe Liberty Tree (a favorite of ours) or maybe just CS with the morning brunch

Mon - Mama Melrose lunch - unsure of this one too. We've been to 50s Prime Time and are doing Sci Fi for 1st time in Dec. Is it worth trying?

Tue - break day - not sure

Wed - Teppan Edo lunch (one of our faves. Don't want to change)

Thur - BOG lunch - Homecomin' dinner

Fri - Tusker House lunch or maybe try Satuli Canteen instead?

Overall, your plan looks solid. In regards to Mama Melrose, I personally really enjoy it and think it is definitely worth trying. The only other observation I have is that you may be more likely to get Ohana if you move it later into your trip. It is a very popular restaurant and that is a very busy week. Using your 180+ days may make it easier to get. It may not be an issue at all, but just a thought. You have some excellent restaurant choices. Enjoy!

Where are you staying and what time are you arriving on your first day? I agree with Mickey92 that you may want to have a back-up plan for O'hana dinner. 1) you may not get it on your first day, 2) you want to make sure you have ample time to make the reservation on an arrival day, planning for delays, etc. Perhaps look for O'hana on your break day in case you can't get it your first night?

I think 1900 is a great option for Easter brunch. GF is beautiful, the character interaction is great and the food is good. If you want a character meal brunch on the monorail, that's your best bet, IMHO. If you don't care about characters, GF Cafe is good and there is Narcoosee's and Cali Grill but they will be fancier and more expensive.

I would book the TH lunch. It's really good and one of the best character meals, IMHO. If you change your mind down the road you can always cancel. Satul'i is good for a QS, but it doesn't hold a candle to TH, IMHO. If you do decide you would rather do QS at AK, I would definitely do Satul'i.

I'm not sure where we're staying yet so that is complicating things. We're booked at Contemporary but could change when discounts are released if we can't get a discount there (we've done this more than once in the past). Honestly, I don't have my heart set on O'Hana but was looking for someplace outside a park and not DS for 1st night. Arriving about 4:00-5:00. Driving so no flight delays...only traffic delays. Any other suggestions for 1st night? In Dec, we are renting DVC points and staying at AK villas so we are trying Boma that arrival night. When we've stayed in Epcot area, we usually just go to ESPN. We like for it to be convenient on the 1st night.

It happens that the day before Christmas is a Sunday this year.

So, while my family had already planned to dine at 1900 Park Fare for Christmas morning, we are going to also enjoy brunch at CA Grill on the morning of Christmas eve. Since we stay at Contemporary, CA Grill is easier than going to Narcoossee's - whicj also offers Sunday brunch.

What does this mean for you - IMO, both CA Grill & Narcoossee's may offer a 'better' brunch than 1900 Park Fare for Easter Sunday.

And Gospel Brunch at House of Blues would also be on my list of places you might also wish to consider.

While they sound delicious, I think CA Grill and Narcoossee's will be more than we're willing to spend with 3 kids...2 of whom will be adult pricing in April (kids will be 12, 10, and 7 at time of travel).

If you end up at the CR, the Wave would be a very convenient choice.

Then maybe also look at Bon Voyage at Trattoria al Forno - you may get better value by not having a buffet.

But where you are staying would also impact my 'two-cents'.

While we're not 100% sure where we're staying, we do know we're heading to MK after brunch.

my 180 day opened today so I just checked for you and as of right now there is a 'ohana reservation for a party of 5 at 4:50pm or 7pm on March 30th. Hopefully it will still be there for you tomorrow! I was able to get all must do's ADR's today with no problem.

If you can get an O'hana reservation for your first night, I would snag it. You can always change it once you make your final resort decisions. If you end up staying at CR, The Wave is very good. Or you could hop on the boat to either WL or Ft. W and eat at WCC (so fun!) or Trail's End (you can visit the stables and play on the playground at Ft. W as well).

You can get from any resort to a Park, but Disney has made matters more difficult if attempting to go Resort-to-Resort on Disney buses.

Regardless, 1900 Park Fare seems to be your best fit for Easter Sunday (as it is for my Christmas morning).

We got all of our reservations (including O'Hana on check-in night and BOG dinner). Yay! The earliest we could get for Garden Grill was 8:10. What time do you think we would be out? Will we be able to get in line for Soarin before it gets super long?

Get to epcot early (7:45 is the time I have heard), and you will enter with everybody else, when the restaurant opens, they normally seat in order of arrival....no clue on Soarin though....
