Critique my December Plan

Two park days in December. Here's what I'm thinking:

Day 1: Epcot
Rope drop Test Track
Soarin immediately after TT
Nemo FP (10 - 11)
Spaceship Earth FP (11-12)
Pixar Film Festival
1:00ish Mexico
Frozen FP (1:45-2:45)
China
Biergarten ADR (2:45)
Explore countries for the rest of the evening. Maybe try to view Candlelight Processional from the back?

Questions for Day 1 - Is that a good amount of attractions for the morning? (Too many? Not enough?) When will a schedule of holiday storytellers be available?

Day 2: MVMCP
2:40 BBB at Grand Floridian
Peter Pan FP (3:30-4:30)
Carousel
Mine Train FP (4:30-5:30)
Big Thunder Mountain RR FP (5:30-6)
Jingle Cruise
Magic Carpets
Meet Moana
7:30ish Grab dinner at Pecos Bill's
Find a Parade Spot in Frontierland
8:30 Parade
Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party (undecided of whether to do plaza garden or terrace party)
After fireworks do:
Space Mountain
Tomorrowland Speedway
Astro Orbiter
Monsters Inc
Tea Party

Questions for Day 2: Is that too much after fireworks? Is 1 hour enough time to secure a front row parade spot in frontierland?

I'm open to any suggestions and advice! This is our first Christmas trip. Thanks in advance!

You'll have time after Nemo to explore the Seas building. Not sure when the storytellers are released.

I think an hour will be enough time to stake out a spot in Fontierland. That's where we watched the parade from when we went to MVMCP.

We found the lines for hot chocolate/cookies to be very long and slow. If it's not important to you, I'd skip that.

I'd prioritize the attractions you want to do after fireworks to make sure you hit the "must do"ones.

Thank you! Yes, I think we’ll skip the cookies and hot cocoa. Especially since we’re doing a dessert party I think we’ll have plenty of sweets already!
