Critique my ADR plan, and what order should I go in?

I think we've finally settled on our ADR's, I just want to make sure we are maximizing our DDP as best we can (calculators so far show us $7 ahead ). Is there a certain order that I should try to book them in? My ADR date is April 23, and this is my first time doing ADR's.

Arrival Oct. 20
HS: hoping for Fantasmic! Mama Melrose between 1-5pm, Sci-Fi is our backup (and yes I know that isn't possible with F!)

Tuesday Oct. 21
Epcot: Akershus Breakfast
CS lunch (Yorkshire for DH)
MK: MNSSHP

Wednesday Oct. 22
MK: hoping for BOG lunch fastpass , CS otherwise

Thursday Oct. 23
Epcot: Cape May dinner

Friday Oct. 24, saddest day ever
MK: Crystal Palace breakfast
use up any remaining CS/snack credits before DH says we have to get on the road to go home.

So in short, my ADR's are Mama Melrose, Akershus, Cape May and Crystal Palace. Should I try for a specific order on my date, or just see what I can get? We won't have hoppers, so my park days are pretty set. I do have a couple back up ideas...DH really wants a seafood dinner, so that's why we picked Cape May, but Coral Reef was a close second. If I can't get CP, then I want 1900 PF or Chef Mickey's for breakfast on our last day.

Are you looking to get the breakfasts at Akershus and CP before ropedrop? If so I'd try to do those first, then the F! at Mama Melrose, then the Cape May.

I would book Akershus and CP first, followed by Mama Melrose F!, then Cape May. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips!! My TA and friend said we made fabulous picks, so we're really excited.

Is there a benefit to booking on the phone compared to doing it online? Our mornings get pretty hectic so I'd rather do it all on my laptop while getting ready for school.
