The problem is the tree is real and it would be a mess after a short while. It is lovely though...maybe for your home

What a fantastic idea. I'm not sure why last poster thought if it was real that would be a problem though . It might make a small mess but I have always had a real tree and they hold up three weeks or better. Given this is LLBean I would think the quality would be great too. If you have the LLBean Visa, shipping is free as well. Any chance the resorts would not want a live tree there though?

I wasn't going to have a tree as we'll be gone on 12/3 but if I was going to be there any later I'd definately get one of these.

I don't believe the resorts would allow real trees because they are a fire hazard. To a certain extent, I'm surprised they don't have a problem with any type of lighted tree.

I never thought of the real tree thing, thou it is not big, it would fit so nice on the tables in the room..and can you imagine the smell!! yum, I do understand a big real tree, not even a question. maybe I will call and ask.

those trees from llbean are gorgeous. my mom bought one for my aunt last year when she was moving before christmas. it held up for a long time and it looked really nice. just fyi.
