I knew things wouldn't end well for Gil I'll have to catch up tomorrow. I just got home from Boston about a half hour ago; great game, but it was sooo cold It wasn't bad until about half way through the game. Looks like we're getting a Hotch-centric season finale

“The Storm” – The BAU is shocked when Hotch is apprehended by a SWAT team and suspected of conspiracy, and as the team scrambles to prove his innocence, they suspect a larger plot is on the horizon, on the 11th season finale of CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, May 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

It's now 78 degrees here. This weather is so weird. I hope it lasts. But, there's still almost two weeks left in April, so we could still have another cold wave.

They're running out of agents to do episodes on. It had better not be a cliffhanger, in case the show gets cancelled. But, they haven't had a clifhanger for the past few seasons. This showrunner doesn't like cliffhangers.

I was just scrolling through IMDb threads last night and saw something about it being a cliffhanger, but I have no idea where that came from. I don't know why they'd do one this year after not doing one for several seasons.

Maybe they are trying to force the network to renew the show. I hope they filmed an alternate ending which resolves the storyline as well as the show. I'd hate for them to have to go in and hastily reshoot the ending, because the show got canceled and it shows in the hasty writing. That happened with the series, Life On Mars. Great show, but they got the axe, and had to tack on a such a quick last two minutes to resolve the whole show and WHY the show was called, "Life On Mars." All the info went by so fast that we didn't have time to digest it and we all needed to re-piece all the details we saw, to figure out what happened. One of the WORST series finales EVER.

They did a two hour(?) movie for CSI when it got cancelled late last season. I'd hope they'd do the same for CM after 11 seasons if it does get cancelled. The show has been on too long to not get a real ending

If they'd had any doubt about being renewed a few months ago, you'd think Shemar would've just stuck around until the finale. It's gonna look kind of weird now to have that big Shemar exit arc if the series ends 4 episodes later

I read an article with the showrunner, Erica Messer, who said Shemar was supposed to leave earlier in the season. But with Reid gone, they couldn't write out Morgan too.

He was originally supposed to leave last season, but stuck around because JLH was leaving and AJ was going on maternity leave, so they didn't want to have three people leaving at the same time. I didn't know it got pushed back again because of Reid. I guess we're lucky we kept him for as long as we did

It could be the series finale. CM still hasn't been picked up for next season. They are probably trying to sell it with CM:BB as a package deal, hoping that may help both shows. CM is missing Morgan now and BB is still to new to have gotten any traction yet.
