Cricut Cartridges

I have a dumb question, (I am new to the Cricut) I just won a cartridge on ebay, the listing said for the cartridge,does that mean it comes with everything I need or it will be missing important parts? I emailed the seller but have yet to get an answer. Has anyone brought from ebay?

Did the listing say it was new in the package? If so, it should come factory sealed and include the cart, the overlay and the booklet.

I've bought a few carts off of ebay and they were all brand new in the package (and said so in the listing).

This is what it said: This item is brand new and in the original sealed package
so I should be ok?
