Cricut - 50 states

Has anyone use the 50 States cart to make a puzzle of the United States?

My DD needs to know the states names and where they are on a map. I want to make a puzzle for her but not sure what sizes to cut the states out at to make them line up.

I do have the notes from the cricut board about color so that no 2 colors match.

I have not made them into a puzzle..

I did cut each state, state name and capital and made a book for the teacher's and my DS last year when they learned them..

I would test out a few and maybe making them at 3-4" so they are easier to pick up...

I'll try 4" one night this week. If this works I hope to make 1 for each of the 3 5th grade teachers at DD's school as part of their Holiday gift.
