We are new DVC members (just bought at BLT--wahoo!!!:yay:) We are in the process of planning our first trip 'home'. We will be bringing our DD (14 months old at the time we go) and were wondering if they have cribs or pack n plays available? Is there a charge for it?
We will be flying down so the least amount of 'equipment' we have to bring the better :cutie:

Welcome home!

All DVC rooms have a pack n play and a high chair.

Enjoy! :goodvibes

Pack N Play is in all villas. I'm not sure if all studios have high chairs.

Welcome home! We took our DD at 14 months for the first time! She will be 3.5 when she goes on her 4th Disney trip this year! You made a good investment in family memories that last a lifetime!

We did SSR with our DS (now 4) at 15 months. You'll have a blast!

We requested a crib and a highchair from the front desk and both were delivered to our room within minutes. If you want to use a crib instead of the PnP, that IS an option. It is one of those standard hotel ones... Not as big as at home, but better (to me) than a PnP.

There are pack'n'plays in every room and if you are in a studio call house keeping and they will bring you a high chair :thumbsup2

We requested a crib whe we were at SSR THV's for our DD. It's smaller than what we have at home but did the job nicely and didn't cost anything extra (trouble was that since she was sharing the room with us instead of in her own room she didn't want to stay in it and wanted to sleep in our bed, lol).

We also fly down and wouldn't want to drag a pack n play while travelling so we invested in:

The slick, easy to fold design makes it ideal for storage and use at a moment's notice. Includes a one-piece sleeping pad and anchor straps.

This is lightweight enough to be portable and the "plus" version is fairly big (I've squeezed myself into it just to see if I could do it). We've used it many times visiting friends and it's just fantastic (safe because baby can't crawl out and get hurt).

Honestly I've never seen a high chair in a studio before and I've stayed in a lot of studios. But someone posted that they've seen it before, so I don't know.
I've seen high chairs at 1 and 2 brs definitely.

PnP is in all the rooms. No charge.

There has always been a highchair in all of the studios I've been in. If it's not there just call. Also we requested a crib when staying at BLT this November and they brought it right up. We didn't want to use the PnP, so they had a little metal crib, with a much better mattress than the PnP. I actually had it on my reservation and it came up as soon as we got our room.

Sometimes two high chairs get put in the other part of the 1 BR if you have a lockoff so just call. Another note if you decide to use the PNP and it looks worn or dirty also call. One year I did and I got a brand new one in the box which was way better than the one that was in out room. Have fun!

each villa should have a pack n play and a high chair. if anything is missing call front desk have fun!
