Crestwynd Bay

Hi!

I'm new to this site but not to Disney. I am a long time Disney lover having gone there throughout my entire life. My family is currently planning another trip for this April (just 3 and a half more months!! ) however, we are staying off of Disney property for the first time ever.
I rented a condo at Crestwynd Bay for a great price and I've heard and read great things about this particular resort. I rented off of homeaway and my question is have any of you used that site? The names of the couple I rented from are Frank and Winnie. The rental agreement looks legit and the price is amazing! I'm just hoping it isn't too good to be true.
Any feedback about the resort would be amazing!! Thank you in advance!
