Hi ,

Has anybody stayed in a villa in Crescent Lakes before, or know of the community? We are thinking of reserving a villa here for next October, but would like to know what others think first!

How far is it from Disney/Universal etc.?
What's the community like?

Cresecent Lakes is a good 20 mins from the Disney parks and 30 plus mins from Universal. It is on Poinciana Blvd but is in the section between 17/92 and Poinciana.

The homes are nice and everything should be OK. The community is fine.

There is an alternative villa in Lake Davenport Estate? Is this further away or nearer?

Lake Davenport is about the same distance !! It is on US 27 about 2 miles down from the US 192 junction.

Lake Davenport Estates is a peaceful,place to spend your holiday a nice mix of rentals and residential .It has never taken me 20 ins to get to disney from there in fact it is next door to Bahama Bay which is listed as 10 minutes from disney by one of the biggest management companies in the area but I would settle for 12-15 .It has a childrens play area .tennis court and communal pool with changing facilites and access to the new shops and strip malls just opened opposite Esprit
