?credit for Yaga & Shop At Home on mypoints--

I recently downloaded the Yaga program and ordered the six catalogs from shop at home offered at mypoints. The Yaga download was worth 50 points and the Shop at Home catalogs for 100 points. I have not received credit for either of these. I wrote to mypoints and they said the specific site should note how and when I should receive these points. The first time I did Shop at Home catalogs, I thought I received the 100 points right away. Does anybody know if they received these points right away? With Yaga download, it said I would reeive the 50 points when I visited the "getting started" page. The Yaga site brought me directly to this page but it didn't say anything about receiving the 50 points. Has anyone received the 50 points from Yaga?
I saved both the confirmation notices I received from these sites. My Points said if I checked the site and found out when I was supposed to be credited and have not been credited after the stated time to re-contact them and they would investigate. Probelm is I can't find where this info is on either of these sites except what I have mentioned in the previous paragraph. So, if anybody can tell me when,. and if, they received credits from these sites I would appreciate it.

I haven't done yaga, but with the shop at home, did you click the link after your placed your order that says "mypoints members click here for 100 points"? It should have given you the blue screen that says that you have been awarded 100 points. Usually the points show up in your account over night, but it seems to be taking about a week for any points to show up in mine or my families accounts.

DH just did the Shop at Home yesterday and the points were already in his account today. You do have to be sure to click on the link dmslush mentioned, or you won't be credited.
As for the Yaga thing, I thought I'd done it before, in fact I'm sure I did, but never got credit. I went back to it today and re-did it. I got the blue screen saying my account would be credited the 5 points for clicking. I'll let you know how I make out.

I don't recall seeing the link for Shop at Home to claim the points. It may have been there and I probably missed it! I kept both the confirmations for Yaga and shop at home, do you think I could forward the confirmations as proof that I completed the offer?

You can try to forward the confirmations, but there is no guarantee that will get you the points. Next time you do shop at home, make sure you are logged into mypoints, click the shop at home link from the mypoints site. Also make sure that you order at LEAST 6 free catalogs, I usually order 7 just to make sure. The very last page, after you submit your order, scroll down and you will see the link for "mypoints members" click on that. Clicking that link will ensure that you get your points.

I tell ya, since you didn't click the link last time, you may be able to go back and submit another order and see if the link comes up for you.
