Does anyone know if Disney takes Discover card?? I do not like to carry to much cash with me and travelers cheques are a pain to keep up with which #'s you've used, and Discover gives me csash back. So I wanted to use it for meals and souveniers then pay it off when I get home. I also have a couple of American Express Gift Cheques that I won as prizes, can I use these??
Thanks in advance,
Vickie

Disney accepts all sorts of cards and you can use them everywhere. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,Diners Club, and the Disney Credit Card. Your Disney resort ID can serve as a charge card -- inquire at the Front Desk when you check-in.

Travelers Checks are also accepted.I would imagine your gift cheques would be accepted too.

Have a great trip!! :earsboy:

Disney & JCB!

Okay, I'm a dummy...what is a JCB? :confused3

Ya know I read something somewhere that made me LMAO...it said " and cash is accepted at WDW." OMG!!! :earseek: Imagine that! :rotfl:

I just googled JCB credit card, and although I really couldn't tell for sure, it looked as though it is a major credit card that maybe started in Japan. And is now available here. :confused3 Thank you again for all of the answers. I like the idea of taking a small amount of cash to buy :mickeybar and things of that nature, and just putting the rest on one credit card. We are taking a two year old, so the less I have to keep up with, the better I like it. ::yes::
Thanks again,
Vickie

Japanese Credit Bureau :)

It's an oddball that nobody thinks of when they list WDW credit cards. When I was there for 7 months, I only ran transactions of two of them, so you don't see them often.
