Credit cards in a 2-bedroom villa

we will be staying at the BWV in a 2-bedroom villa. I made the reservation and used my credit card, however, my son and his wife will stay in the studio and because it will have its own room #, I'm wondering if it will be possible for them to have their own credit card linked to their room (keeping mine linked for my own charges) Not that its a biggie, as they can just pay by credit card whenever they want, but I just thought it would be easier for them if the wrist bands are in place and fully functional by next January.

It used to be difficult to use more than one credit card. But now they can do it. Just don't check in online.

If you do check in online. You will have to go to the front desk later, with all the keys and credit cards you want assigned to each room.

We assigned 3 cards to 5 different keys. Would have worked okay, but the CM forgot to associate one of the cards, so that key never worked. But 2 of them did.

Yes, just lay it out from the CM at the front desk when you check in.

We did a trip with another family with kids from 5 to 13. At check in my family put our card on our keys; the other family did their cards on the two adults and two oldest kids and left off charging for the two young ones.

Worked out fine. Just make sure the CM understands what you want to do and that you're in no rush.

Thanks! Good to know for me too. I've never had to do this before but it just so happens that we are taking some friends in June and it would be nice to be able to do this. I always just assumed you still couldn't.

One question. Am I going to miss getting a "better room" since I'm not doing online checkin? I've often wondered because I've been doing it ever since it was available and it SEEMS I always got better rooms before I Started doing online checkin. I guess it's just coincidence, or at least that's what I've told myself.
