and receipt said must have cc and confirmation #, now what do I do..Can I still use the tix machine, do you slide your cc? or do I have to stand in line to prove to someone who I am ..any ideas?

If you don't have the old card I think your only other option would be to go to guest services show them your confirm number and your ID

Yes, just go to the Guest service will call windown, tell them your confirmation number and show photo ID. The person who ordered the tickets will need to be the one who is there to pick them up and they must be the one to have photo ID. Don't worry as it happens a lot. You shouldn't have any problems.
