I just realized that the credit card I used to make all of my ADRs expires in October, and we travel in November. Should I call at that time and update my credit card info for the ADRs or is it not necessary? We won't be skipping any so I'm not worried about the $10 fee, but I am worried they will cancel my ADRs if a valid credit card isn't on file. Thanks!

I doubt they have any software that is checking for that. I personally wouldn't worry about it, but do whatever makes you comfortable.

I wouldn't worry. The credit card that I used for our May ADRs expired in March and they didn't cancel them.

They keep it on file but the CMs can't see your information. At least that's what they told me when I called to reserve BBB which you have to call the dining line for. They asked for my credit card number and I said I thought I had one on file and they told me that I probably did but they couldn't see that information. I assume they don't check to see if the card is expired.

Last year I had 8 days worth of ADRs held on a credit/debit card that was stolen so I had to cancel it and get a new one/new number etc... I totally forgot about the fact that I had used it for Disney ADRs until we returned from our trip and I had no problem at all.

Same thing happened to us, all of our ADRs were on a card that was cancelled by the time we went and it was fine. They apparently don't check for that beforehand.

However, I did have a few charges from recurring subscriptions as well as a rental car that I had reserved with the old car still go through even though the number was technically no good, the bank just transferred them to my new card. So I don't know if Disney would be able to put no-show charges for ADRs through on an invalid card, but such things are definitely possible, if your new card/account is through the same bank.

We were fine in June. ADRs made with card expiration May. We made all our non-cancelled ADRs, though, so I don't know what would have happened if they had wanted to charge a no-show fee. I do know that all ADRs were there for us as booked, no problem. Obviously we gave the new card at check-in for charging on our MBs.
