Creative disign for Food & Wine Festival--is it possible to alter it?

Does anyone have a creative disign for Eating and Sipping around the world or some phrase for Food & Wine Festival?

Bayou Mickey has one and I know he is taking a break... hope your wife is on the road to recovery!

Is there a way for me or another disigner to change the saying/remove the Ecpot logo?

It means 'Let the feast begin"
the epcot thing is the official Food and wine logo.

Great saying!! I know that's the official Epcot F & W F logo, but could it be removed? And could "Disney" change to Food & Wine Festival or F&W Festival w/ 2009 below it (the part that's on the left upper side)?

Bumping this up in case Bayou Mickey comes onto this forum or thread. Or maybe another disigner could edit/change it?
