creating video to announce disney trip to a child

Not sure if that's the right forum, but I'm looking for ideas/tips on how to announce our upcoming wdw trip to my daughter who will be turning 6 soon. Recently she became obsessed with youtube and loves watching different video blogs there. So I was thinking to create a video and upload it to youtube for her to see. But not sure what exactly to put in the video and how to create it. Any advice? Maybe there is a service that can do it for me? I wouldn't mind paying few $

This is what my daughter-in-law and son came up with for telling their kids about their upcoming Disney trip. This was a couple of years ago and they were told on Christmas Day - well, their Christmas Day on the 26th. After they had opened all their presents and we watched on Skype, the second to last present was given to them. My daughter-in-law said that she knew the kids were into running (both on the track teams) so she signed them up for some events at a marathon. So, they opened up their present and saw they were going to "compete" at the Disney marathon in January. One week from that day. The looks on their faces was priceless! Oh, and the last present to be opened? My granddaughter's homework she had to complete on the trip!

For you, you could just simply tell your daughter that you know she loves Youtube and would she like to research how to do a video because she might want to record something while at Disney World in X amount of time. And make sure your recorder is going while you tell her that.

Oh, I would think it'd be something you could do yourself. Do you have an iPhone? If you don't want to just record yourself talking and telling her, there are apps like Flipagram and PerfectVideo that you can use to make movies and even set music to it. You can do it using photos and or video clips. Have you been there before with her, or is this a first trip? If you have photos of her from a past trip, you could include them in and use some Disney music in the background... Actually if you wanted me to do something for you, I'd do it for free. PM me, if you want to. I haven't done any videos in over a year, but I do have some links I could show you of some other things on YouTube I have done. Not exactly what you're talking about, but you can get an idea of what I can do.
