Creating the magic for my family

I've been planning our trip single-handedly, which everyone loves. I'd like to add in a little "magic" for each person in our party on our upcoming trip. Any ideas to help? I already have several character meals booked which everyone knows about so that's out.

DD 4 -- Loves princesses, Splash Mountain and sweets. Lol. Really not a fan of the BBB idea because we don't do makeup yet. Afternoon tea would be a win if there were characters, but there are not. I wish we could get a tour of Cinderella's castle or something! (We did CRT last Sept.) More realistically, maybe Pick a Pearl to have set for earrings when she gets her ears pierced for 5th bday?

DH -- Pretty much there to please DD. Lol! He is the hard worker funding this trip, so I'd like to do something special for him. We might have a kid-free night in Epcot one night ... maybe a special place to view the fireworks?

DM -- There to help us with kids. She's been to Disney before. I'm thinking maybe a park-exclusive Pandora charm?

DS 1 -- We're going the week before his first birthday, so I'm thinking the birthday celebration button will be good enough for him since he won't remember it. I thought about a first haircut at Barber Shop but it's closed and he's bald :)

Ok, The Wonderland Tea Party for the 4 year old ?http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.ID=227
or the Perfectly Princess Tea Party (albeit pretty expensive)

For DH, we won't have a kid free night, but he does most of the funding as well, and his birthday is the 2nd night of our trip, so we are dragging all the crazies (three kids) to Yachtsman so he can have a nice steak. I'm also getting a cake for him there. (Another thing I thought about is a fishing excursion, but just not going to work out for us budget wise or kid wise this time)

Other things like the dessert party at MK. We are going to do Pirates and Pals as a special thing for my older DS. My younger two are getting character meals as their special thing.

What time of year are you going? Are there special events?

Going in April, so yes Flower & Garden, which my mom will also love. But she knows about it so it won't be a surprise.

What about an in-room celebration on your first night for your family from Disney Floral and Gifts? http://disneyworld.disneyfloralandgifts.com/product/mickeyswelcomekit.do
Or you could do something smaller that you piece together a la carte from their menu of items. There are princess gifts (for DD4), snacks, balloons, stuffed animals, pretty much anything to make anyone feel special.

Special order a 1st birthday smash cake for your son at one of your TS meals. Or a mini cake in your wedding cake flavors (or something close to it) for just you & DH if you get a meal alone together.

Akershus for your DD so she can meet the princesses there. Or, if you're really on top of it, try to score a FP+ for Anna & Elsa M&G.

For your DD you could pre-order a Cinderella's slipper dessert if you are doing a meal at CRT or 1900 PF.
