creating a custom avatar question

[Miss Park Avenue]

I would like an avatar with a picture of Lady, to go under my username. All the clipart is to big and I can't resize it. I tried the suggestions with resizing on the signature but I can't get it to work. I like this picture....

If you could help me I'd be forever grateful!


Also, if my tinkerbell is too big, I'm sorry. I'll take it off, I just love her so much too! Thanks!
