Create your own omelet options?

Do any of the breakfast locations have a create your own omelet selection? DH and I eat low carb so standard Disney breakfast fare doesn't cut it for us. I was just curious if any of them offer this option.

I'm pretty sure they were doing this at Crystal Palace (MK). It is a buffet but there was a chef that was also preparing fresh pancakes (blueberry, chocolate chip, etc), eggs any style and omletes.

1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace both have omlette stations.

And Wolfgang Puck Express has omlettes and they let me customize mine. For a cs option, it was so good, I loved it! It comes with potatoes (they let me sub fruit) but no toast. Perfect for a low carb breakfast.

most of the resort food courts offer omelets and will customize upon request (we were able to get double meat, no potatoes for instance)...

My bf is vegetarian and had omelettes for breakfast a lot and even at CS they were always willing to make one just for him with no meat so I imagine they will accomodate any dietary requirements

Thanks everyone. We will probably eat breakfast in the room, but on the chance we try a TS or CS, it is good to know.

Grand Floridian Cafe will also do this. I think any place that serves omelettes will custom make one for you!

I think this is correct... WDW is able to accomodate most guests' needs. At Pop last month there were folks getting egg-white omelettes, and I'm sure you can get them however you need them.
