.....postcard project go? What were the results and how close did it match up to his projections? And how did he do in the science fair?

Hey!!!!!! Funny you should ask, I was getting ready to post about it in a couple of minutes! We just finished it today! It went really well, he received postcards from 26 states and 23 countries/territories (counting the USA).
We think that he will probably get some more, I know a few people said that they mailed one. I am going to take a picture (just need to get film), so maybe someone will be kind enough to post it in the near future if I send it to them.
He originally thought he would get all 50 states, and 73 countries, and postcards from 120 people. He has received postcards from 116 people! It may not have been exactly what he thought, but I must say I am impressed.
Thank you to everyone on the Dis who sent a postcard (or more!).

PS: Is there some way I can put this on the Canadian and UK boards without having to type everything over? I want to make sure they see it too since so many people from those boards helped as well!

Sounds like your son had a great time receiving cards. I'm going to pass the results on to the one's I contacted on your son's results. You should have got cards from Texas, Nevada, Iowa and Oregon from my contacts.

Cathy, I guess cut and paste? I don't know how to do either of those things. Or maybe it would be easiest to post a link (is there a certain way to do that?).
I will post a very long report on the project soon, I honestly haven't had the energy lately to do it though, LOL.
