Crazy to consider MNSSHP and MVMCP in the same trip?

My friend and I did this last year and we're doing it again this year We couldn't decide which one we liked more so I said let's do both again. We are doing the party on Halloween and expecting it to be very busy, only doing it that way as it was cheaper to do Halloween Horror Nights on the 1st over MNSSHP. Neither of us like seeing Christmas stuff that early but we're making an exception for Disney, between the party and the Osborne lights.

If you like the parties OMG the novelty of being able to do both in the same trip in itself sounds so cool. So if it's not a budget stretch how whimsical and fun. I'd go for it. // The things that are a little crazy make for great memories. // If though there are concerns about budget, you want to be more practical, etc. you would I'm sure have an absolutely wonderful trip without either party.

Oh, and forgot to add, F & W was also running when we were there! Huge bonus!!! It was like one big mega trip...lol

We did it 3 years ago and loved it. The timing just worked out for us. If you have the opportunity do it. It was so much fun to see the transformation of the Magic Kingdom from Halloween to Christmas - literally over night!I have posted a link of the photos from the trip below:

We also had a soft opening for new Fantasyland and Be Our Guest, Art of Animation Little Mermaid Rooms just opened, and Food & Wine Festival was going on. We were there 10 days it they were packed!

Sounds fun to me! I am there that week as well but we are just doing Halloween party on Halloween, skipping Christmas. Money is a factor but also I am just not in the Christmas mood then! Feels wierd! Bu I think it would be really fun

I'll be there with you! I'm going 10/31-11/9 so I'll be on the Halloween party and the first Christmas party! I've never done it before, but I think it should be great!

Wife and I did this in 2012 for our first wedding anniversary. We did MNSSHP on the 30th, Universal for halloween itself and the first MVMCP. Like others have said to see a transformation from Halloween to Christmas literally overnight was great and both events are fantastic. If it is viable for you to do it I definitely would again.
