Crazy things said by DVC reps in the parks

Spent some time talking to a DVC CM at Epcot. this was a few months after they raised the direct prices at many of the resorts so high. CM did not understand that you could by direct at multiple resorts but you would have to pay more. Also did a tour at Copper Creek of the cabins. CM was very, very knowledgable in that case. It just all depends, but yes the ones at the booths are not super aware.

I called Disney to get some clarification before I purchase resale. I was transparent with my intention. I was told “be careful out there,” like DVC resale is a huge scam or something!

Yea...Be careful...if you are buying it on EBay!
