Hi - first off THANK YOU ALL! I have been devouring all your posts for the past 2 years - great info.
So now I'm getting close to making the move on buying a resale. But I keep doing the math - trying to talk myself into this...
MY question is...unlike most timeshares these are expiring. The BW which I'm interested in is 2042 which is now only 30 years. Next year it will be only for 29 more years (you get the point)...
So WHY DOES THE PRICE GO UP?
Shouldn't it be worth less each year and therefore the price go down? We have less time to recoup the cost?
The times 2042 used to seem like "the future" but its now less than 30 years...which means my little ones wont even have this for their childrens years.
I wouldnt mind if the prices went down every year on resale but they are not??
What are your thoughts out there???
Thank you!
