crazy one-day in MK plans... please help

Hi there,

We are usually 10 day trippers. We are going to Florida for my son's 10th birthday to spend time with his best friend who moved there. We are squeezing in ONE day at MK and I have to make my FP+ plans at midnight.

I surveyed my family and these rides are the priority:
7 Mines
Thunder
Speedway
Buzz
Pooh

Then these:
Tea Cups
Tom Sawyer
Haunted Mansion
Jungle cruise
small world
Dumbo

We do not ride Space or Splash and we not need to see characters.
We have a 1pm reservation at Chef Mickey and 7:30 at the Plaza.

Anyway want to take a stab and help me plan this one day birthday extravaganza?!?

three hardest to get include 7DMT, Thunder Mtn, and Jungle Cruise or Pooh. I'd go with those for your initial 3 and then you'll have to pick your 4th while there. good luck!

If you will be at the park at Rope Drop, you can do 3 or more of these in the first hour so you won't need FP+ for them. There is such a huge crush of people headed to 7DMT at rope drop, that I would definitely FP+ that one later in the day if I were you.

For the other two FP+, I would suggest one of two options:

Option A - Hit Speedway, Buzz, and Pooh at rope drop, and then FP+ Big Thunder and Jungle Cruise later in the day when you get to that side of the park. (Be sure to do Small World and Haunted Mansion before too late in the morning, or you will have longer-than-desired waits there.)

OR

Option B - Hit Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder, Haunted Mansion, and Small World at rope drop, and then FP+ Speedway and Pooh. (This might leave you with a much-longer-than-desired wait for Buzz, however. For this reason, I think Option A may be the better choice.)
