Crazy glitch in my MDE

So I just went to view the "My Reservations" section of MDE. It shows my tickets linked for our upcoming trip, but then it also has MNSSHP tickets assigned to my husband and I for a party date in September. The tickets aren't even for sale yet and I am not planning to go till October.

Crazy glitch? Has this happened to anyone else? Guess I'll be calling them tomorrow. If only it were for the day I want to go in October!

I also encountered a pretty big glitch today. I have extended family all joining us for a trip in June. We had everyone set up in MDE with reservations linked etc. - except my father-in-law. Today we were over for Easter and created his account and were going to get everything set up so we can start selecting FP+.

Somehow, his reservation for a 13 day MYW package with 10-day park hopper (which had been assigned to him for 2+ months) got assigned to my wife - who was already assigned a room-only reservation with me and our daughters and a 10-day park hopper. So now my wife is staying in 2 rooms with 2 sets of tickets and my FIL doesn't have either.

Not sure what caused this - he was on the reservation before we created his account and my MIL had even customized his magic band. Now if you go to customize magic bands on their reservation it shows my wife and her band which we customized a long time ago under our own reservations.

This smacks of a big database error - not sure how it could have happened otherwise.

There was also another small error in one of our reservations but it could have been caused by incorrect data entry by the WDW reservation person. My MIL is listed as a "child" in our CRT reservation. This means when I go and assign the party members to that reservation, I can't assign one of my daughters because I can't select a child for an "18+" slot on MDE.

I wonder how much of the problems are being caused by the WDW reservation people just not filling out all of the fields or just filling them in wrong. For example, before MDE it probably didn't matter if you were listed as a "child" or "adult" in the reservation but now, with MDE, it creates problems when there is a missmatch.

I once got on the website and it showed me being logged in with a different user name ( sokeef or something like that ). Was from home no one had used it. No cookies etc No detailed info was shown did ask password.

Two days later I get a facebook friend request from a susan o'keefe ?!? I emailed her but got no response.


Facebook can send autofrind requests from email contacts. Strange

Same here, Tix for MNSSHP have appeared for Myself and my Partner, and her son, who isn't even coming on our next trip.

Back in February, DD and I and 2 others were going to the PHM. At one point in the planning, I was logging into my DVC account and I could see another person's account - their upcoming reservations (months after mine and at different resorts), their address, etc.! I did not see my account at all. Then, on MDE, this other person was added as someone on our trip and who had control of our reservations!! Needless to say, I spent hours on the phone with Disney and DVC IT departments before it was all straightened out. Coincidentally, the other person lives not far from me, but that had nothing to do with this mix-up.

Does all this crazy stuff also show up when you log in to MDE on the website? I have glitches every so often on the app, but if I log in through the website everything is correct.

Granted these are bigger glitches then what I've had but I feel like what's listed/displayed on the website is more... Official maybe?

It's on the Website we first noticed it!
