What things are commonly believed today that will seem silly 50 years from now? Some examples from 40-50 years ago include people regularly traveling to space by now and the world having run out of oil. Before that, people thought we would be driving flying cars.
It's not always predictions about the future that are crazy. Less than 100 years ago people thought that you could learn a lot about a person by feeling the shape of their head.
So what do a large number of people (not just some fringe groups) believe that will seem quaint or silly years from now?
