It is not just DVC right now, My Disney experience, the website, not the app, is experiencing difficulties. I tried to add a note to mine, got the "technical difficulties " memo.My understanding is that the website is funded as part of the DVC management fees. The more that they keep their costs down, the more money that they get to keep.

The thing is - it really isn't understandable for as often as things like this come up.
