so as you all know, room & ticket packages for 2023 open today, I'm trying to book a throwaway just to price it out (we are using a travel agent to actually book) the site keeps crashing when I hit "check out" I get either a picture of woody and the spinning blue circle forever or a picture of Rex that says "dino sorry we can't complete that!" is this what it's like trying to book genie and ill? is it common for the site to crash while booking room and tickets?

It's common for the site to crash any time that new offerings open up, such as room discounts or new booking dates.

Try later in the day when things calm down.

I was able to book two packages this morning (split stay) with no delays or issues. Do you have memory maker added? That has been causing issues for people this morning.

memory maker causes issues forever. I had to call disney earlier this year to get it fixed,

As for your genie+ and ILL question- over 6 park days during Spring Break we didn’t experience any errors or crashing booking LLs and ILLs. Only technical issue I had (twice) was the app not showing me available times when I refreshed at 7:00a.m. and I had to close and open the app to get the times to load.

The site gets inundated on days when reservations open or discounts are dropped.
