Crappy Weather in Charlotte and Orlando - Last Flights of the Night....

Am I totally destined to spend the night in Charlotte??

There are thunderstorms in the weather for both Charlotte and Orlando tomorrow night.

I know that in Atlanta, since they are so tight on the flight pattern, any weather really slows them down.

How is Charlotte in that regard??

The big issue is where the plane or crew is coming from. I remember a couple of years ago I spent a couple of late nights in Charlotte waiting for the last flight to Pittsburgh. The first time they said the plane was there but the crew was in Syracuse. I connected to that same flight a couple of weeks later, same thing, planes here, crew is in Syracuse. We did get out both times, an hour or two late.
