Need to figure out which is the next cruise drink I will make. The one we made the other day (chocolate rasp martini) wan't a hit here for some reason. I wanted to do the funky monkey but did not have the ice cream. I went to Sams to get those bread boules and I picked up some cranberry and pineapple juice, so I guess the next one will include those!!
OMG!!! I already forgot... what was that bananas and baileys one? I really don't want to have to go all through these pages to get the recipe. Do you guys remember it? Thanks!

Bailey's Banana Colada (BBC)

1 banana
1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
2-3 scoops ice cream
1/4 cup milk

Put in Blender with ice. Blend, then add 1 shot dark rum. We usually add a shot of Kaluha also!!!!

Think I might make up some drinks for me after I get off of work since I don't have to be back until Tuesday. I found some recipes with Malibu Rum

Malibu Bay Breeze
1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Blend ingredients and serve over ice.

Jello Shots
1 package watermelon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Malibu® coconut rum
Mix hot water and jello. Add rum. Pour into 2 ounce cups. Serve after the jello has set.

Creamy Sex on the beach
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
1 oz whipped cream
Pour the vodka, Malibu rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the whipped cream, and shake vigorously until frothy. Pour into a small highball glass or equivalent, and serve.

OK... I just tried to post and it was busy and I lost everything I had to say.Well Marcie, I have to admit I am thinking of making Creamy Sex on the Beach instead of my Funky Monkey. That sounded heavenly!!!
In the one I lost, I stated how I saved these new recipes and my whole file on alcoholic beverages was not only the longest file, but all of them were from you guys!!!

Karen, I haven't tried the jello yet. I am going to make it for Christmas Day. Then if we eat it, will be a different story. We will open presents, have brunch and then head to the theater. If we have time I will cook dinner. If not, 7-11 hot dogs for us. Great pictures Karen. Loved seeing the family. Mickey was great!! Heidi is right. Where is the tag fairy when you need her?

I would check Cost Plus or either a gourmet food store or coffee shop. Torani makes one, but I don't know if I've ever actually seen it.
