Oh Marcie I am so glad you guys are ok and your house is over all in good condition. I am sorry for your IL's. Was the plant there by any chance???
You and the kids are in a hotel? Is DH with you? You and your famiy will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

Remember the cruise is coming up and I have a feeling you all are going to need it. I will keep that in my prayers as well. I hope you guys get to go. If not I hope your DH's company will incur the cost to move the cruise. That is what Jeff's company does in case of a vacation being cancelled.

So far he does not have to go. The chances are good he will stay home. Thank you goodness. There's alot of changes going on in his company and they want to keep him close. Which leads me to hope this is good for our future. If you guys will just keep us in your prayers right now. Maybe one day I will be able to discuss it all.

I went to Curves today. I have to go tomorrow. I can not go Wednesday a bunch of us are going out after work for a triple birthday celebration. Little upset that a few of the girls found out it was my birthday a few weeks ago. I do not want to make a huge deal out of it at work.

I had my toes done Saturday before the wedding. They are dark red, with black and silver streaks. They actually look good. For the wedding I found a nice blouse to wear that was redish purple. Jeff did not think my skirt looked goos with it so I wore a different balck skirt. The wedding was very nice. The reception was a blast. We had a ball.

Yes, my plant was there. The pot it was in was broken in two but the plant was there so my DH put it in a different pot i had. I will have to repot it. My DH is home working already. I am 3 1/2 hours away in a hotel. He will be coming here every few days until they let us all go home to our houses. So once again we are separated. Going on three weeks now separated. I think at this point we will still be able to take our vacation. If it would have been scheduled for October it wouldn't have been as possible. My friend started making my door signs for me today to cheer me up. She emailed some to me. That made me more excited. I am sure I will be able to catch up on all the posts soon since I'm just sitting in a hotel. I will write again soon.

I saw a few at stores in the mall this weekend. Not sure if you have any of these stores or not....B. Moss (my favorite store in the Mall), Maurices, Charlotte Ruse (sp). Kohl's had some as well. I know Heidi likes Kohl's so you might get lucky there. At B Moss they did not have white but they did have a gorgeous mauve and greenish blue one. I bought the greenish blue one but it was too big for me and I had to take it back. They did not have my size.

I know how hard it is on your right now. I did not have to leave home so I know it is even harder being in a hotel. What is going on with your children?
Jeff was gone from Labor day until 9 days before Christmas last year. I saw him 3 times. The kids saw him twice. We were able to go on our planned cruise so we had him for 7 days in October. Then I went down for a weekend in November and he came home for Thanksgiving. It is tough. Once again if you need anything I am here. You have my numbers call me if you need to talk.

When do you leave for the cruise? Maybe you can post your door signs. I would love to see them.

Sorry I have been MIA for so long. They are putting in new carpet at work and we had to pack up and unpack. Finally my computer is back up again!!! I was missing you guys!!!

Marcie - I am SOOOO glad you are okay and have escaped with minimal damage. I thought of you the whole time. I am glad that your plant also made it through. I have 2 cactuses that use to be my grandpa's. One is doing great and the other just doesn't like my house I think but I am trying to nurse it back to health. You and everyone affected is still in my prayers. Hang in there.

Heidi do you have a Ross or a TJMaxx or Marshall's. I now Ross' has some really cool skirts really cheap. Like between $10-$20. All different colors. I bet you could find a blouse there as well.

Orginially the skirt I posted a picture of was to be for pirate night. I bought it at Ross for $16.99. Hopefully we will get on another 7 day cruise to use it. I guess I am going to wait on 2007 rates and see if I can afford a deposit when they come out.

Big things are happening here...can not or will not say more....but please continue to keep my family in your prayers. Cross your fingers that I will have some great news soon....NO still NOT a baby.....

I say I cna or want mention what yet because in the past when DH and I have discussed this with our friends and family it never worked out. Now we are keeping mum....

I want one. I will have to play with it when I get home because when I clicked on your signature my computer allowed me at first to go there then the filter cut on and it stopped me from going any futher. Will have to play with it at home.

So what is everyone doing this weekend?

Erik has his first football game at 1:00pm pn Saturday. My kids are out of school on Monday so after the game they are going to my parents....I just have to tell my parents this now.... That means Dh and I can have date night Saturday adn all day on Sunday.

Any good movies comingout this weekend??

Selena - Date night.......fun fun fun. I can't recall what movies are coming out this weekend. Yes I did my mom's signature too, but I don't think she knows it yet!!!!!! I secretly broke into her log in and put it in her signature!!! If you need help, I can help you with doing just the name, but with the mickey head another Diser did that one for me.

My weekend plans are to clean, clean and clean some more. My boyfriend's mom is coming out to visit on Tuesday and I have never met her. She is staying with us for 8 days and I am nervous!!!!! I will just go bother my mom His mom lives in Florida.
I am also hoping to take my mom and dad out for their birthday (whichever day is better for them.) My mom's b-day is tomorrow and my dad's is Sunday!!

Selena, I am so glad that I didn't have a son. I just couldn't handle him playing football. I went to watch a boy play football that I babysat for something like 8 or 9 years and couldn't take the sound of the clanging helmets. It just scared me to death. Never went to another one of his games. He became a prized player for the Coast Guard Academy. Date night sounds wonderful. When things slow down here that is exactly what I want....dinner and a movie.

Sandy, a son is tough having. I try not to second guess the lord but sometimes I wonder if my nerves can handle it. This is his first year ever playing football. He is small for his age and with him never playing before he really does not get to play much. So I do not mind it that much...my luck he will play lots tomorrow and my nerves will be shot! But let me tell you I have seen Erik break his fingers catching in baseball. That is hard. He has her his finger so many times. At least once a season he hurts one or more. He has been hit in the face with a baseball several times. BUT football is scary as all get out. He comes home with bruises all over his body. His best friend broke two fingers at practice Tuesday night. Erik did not go because he had a palnters wart on his big toe and could not walk on it. He had it removed yesterday. So I am hoping he can go to practice tonight and play Saturday.

Oh I forgot we are going to the fair Friday night. We ahve not been able to go in the last 2 years due to cruising n DCL. I would rather be cruising!!

Heidi I might have to give you my code and have you do my signature for me.
