Heidi, where did you go skiing? The weather down here was great. If it was nice up there I'll bet you had a great time!

Does anyone have big plans for the weekend? We don't have much going on today. Tonight Brad and Jacob are going to the DU hockey game. Rachel and I are going to the movies. Tomorrow we are driving up to my folks new house. My brother and SIL are driving up from Albuquerque tomorrow so we will get to see them. Mom wants me to stop at The Tamale Kitchen and get some tamales to bring up and then we will do tacos probably too.

My right shoulder is a little sore from moving. I think I was trying so hard to make sure I didn't hurt my left side ( I always have problems with that side), that I strained the right side too much.

Cristi - We went up to Loveland.

This weekend plans consist of having my parents over for smoked ribs and then tomorrow watching the superbowl.

Cristi, I love slap happy fun time. Nobody else around us do but that's ok! We got something in the mail to test drive a Kia Sorento and get a 50.00 Target gift card. We did that this morning. We got to take it by ourselves so we had fun. No pressures, no nothing. It was nice, the price was unbelievable. Tempted but didn't buy. I love the Tamale Kitchen tamales. Mmmmmm! Can't go wrong with the price either.

Hey everyone. Jeff and I had an afternoon date. We went to the movies with no kids. It was nice.
We have wings ordered for tomorrow for Super Bowl Sunday. I grew up a Steelers fan. I would like to see them win but dang the Carnidals have been playing great.

Does anyone have big plans for the weekend?

Alex has been so busy with schoolwork and his Science Expo project that he hasn't had much downtime this week, so we spent Friday night playing Mario Kart (can't remember the last time prior to then that we'd even turned on the Wii). Tammy found another wheel at Ross for about $6, so we were competing against each other and playing on the same team.

Yesterday, after guitar lessons, Alex and Tammy went to her dad's office so that Alex could make copies of his latest comic book. It took them about two hours to copy and assemble 20 copies of it. Then he went to dinner with Tammy's parents and my niece while Tammy and I relaxed for a couple of hours at home

Today, Alex gets a pajama day, but still has some schoolwork to do. I doubt we'll even bother watching the game tonight. How could it be as good as the Giants winning last year?

Heidi and I were busy last night planning our trip to Yellowstone and Canada this Aug. We called Yellowstone today to make the reservations. We were a little nervous as they started taking reservations for this summer LAST MAY. Thankfully we got what we wanted. They had us over for yummy smoked ribs. They did an awesome job. Today they are smoking a turkey breast for us. LOVE IT. Thanks Heidi.

Jrsy, PJ day sounds nice. I hope I can find a 6.00 wheel! Sounds like fun.

Ok Heidi you thought our wings sound good but I am drooling over the ribs you guys had. I wanted ribs today and Jeff wanted wings.

Well lets say I tend to really get into the game. I was so ticked off that they allowed the Cardinals to score that last touchdown and the safety killed me. I was so so mad. I was screaming and yelling and jumping up and running to the TV. This is why Jeff does not take me to the Panther games. lol

I honestly did not believe that the Steelers would score a touchdown to win. I mean they had not proved much of an ability to do so during the game so I did not have the faith in them to pull it off. I was so scared they would not count Holmes' touchdown. I mean to me it looked like his toes did the touch but you just never know.

I had a very crazy busy weekend. Guess what, I bought my wii and wii fit yesterday. But, they are still in the box. I haven't had time to open them. I won't have time tonight either, I have a date! We had a superbowl party at Jeri's house last night. I got a little tipsy. It was fun though.
