Cranberry or Pineapple?? Part 2

I just found out my Uncle's wife is in the hospital. All I know is she was feeling week and now she is on life support and not responding. My Uncle was at the hospital a lot when my Dad was in there. He was also the pall bearer for my Dad, his brother who died about 50 years ago & my grandfather who died when my Dad was 16. That was special to me. I have to try and find more info today.

We will add her to our family prayers! How sad for her family.

I just talked to my cousin and she told me, my Aunt was in congestive heart failure and she stopped breathing for 4 minutes in the ambulance. She does have brain damage but right now they are still thinking postively and hoping for the best.

OMG I did it! I bought Aerial one of those dell computers with XP that are $350 off, and I get a $100 gift card. I spent about $200 more then I wanted to, but it should be good for a long time, I got enough memory to upgrade to Vista if we decide to. Now I just gotta pay it off my credit card.

Thanks Selena. We usually do 2 and 2 when we book seats anyway, or sometimes three and then 1 across the aisle. For the boarding of people with younger kids, I wouldn't really think that would apply to us would it? I don't consider mine younger kids.

Cristi last year it was if you had a child yonger than 12 could do the early boarding.

Marcie - Sounds like a tough day for you. hang in there, if you need lots of hugs we will be there for you.

Cristi - SW has recently changed their procedures for boarding by adding numbers to the ABC boarding. We found this out coming back from FL last week. All boarding is now in chronological order, first is preboard families (kids under the age of 4) and handicap that have a printed boarding pass of A, then A #'s 1-30 boards, then A 31-60, then any other preboard people who didn't have an A boarding pass, then B 1-30, then B 31-60, then C. Chris and I had B17 and B18 and we were able to sit together as there was a lot of open seats in the back of the plane, but in Orlando it might be a little crazier with all the kids so you may want to take some time away to check in and print out your boarding passes if you really really want to sit together. The new number system is nice now since you don't have to line up an hour before the plane leaves to be the first one on!!!!!

Heidi, I thought about you last night. What good weather for you! We were out raking leaves in the dark trying to get it done AGAIN before the snow flies tonight. No one seems to rake these days. It sure is frustrating when you don't have trees and have to clean up after the irresponsible tree owners!

My house is entirely WHITE. My dear old hubby only likes white walls. I would love to put some color on the walls but beggars can't be choosers!! He is the main painter so I don't feel that I can say anything.

What is everyone doing for Thanksgiving? I am so busy with 13 people coming. You know, the cooking, cleaning, shopping.

This is the brightest I've ever let anyone go..... I can't believe I'm letting them do it! LOL!!! The most colorful rooms we have now are 16 dd's Pink room (it was painted when she was 5!) and our bedroom is RED -- deep red! I LOVE my red bedroom but, I haven't decided if I'm going to redo the bedroom for the new house so...... I'm just having a tan colored bedroom. For now.

I went really neutral for the tile in the bathrooms -- except 16 dd's. When it is done I'll post a pic! It is going to be really cool looking!

I know what you mean!!! Why do others no longer rake???? I would say only about 20% of the houses in my neighborhood rake their leaves. In the new neighborhood I imagine it will be 100% Because there is a homeowners assn.....

Until my mom was close to 60 her houses had always been the same way! Then she (and one of my brothers) painted her living room a very pretty, medium terracotta color. I thik because my mom & dad only had withe walls is why I couldn't wait to paint the walls in our first house! LOL!

Hey everyone!
Steph those are some bright rooms! We have color on most of our walls here. I love it. I grew up military and everything had to be white.

We are going to my parent's house in Loveland. My brother and his family are flying in from Albuquerque (cheap flights on SW). Then they will be coming down to our house for a couple of nights so we can have margarita pictionary night.

Gotta go, 4th grade is have medieval day today and I have to help set up the "feast"
