Okay so I just talked to my best friend and she made me take a picture with my camera so she could see my new hair cut so I will post it here for you to see:

Her response was, "OMG what did you do? It's cute, but what did you do you are getting married and want your hair long." She told me to take prenatal vitamins to make my hair grow longer faster. Then she said it was going to take her a while to get use to it!!! (nice how my best friend supports me!!!) Yes, I am on the phone talking to her as I was taking the picture.

Hey your hair looks great but if you want it to grow back out you can also buy hair, skin and nail vitamins. MacKenzie and I take them.

Did I tell y'all that we were going to the Hannah Montana concert? I took 16dd, 9ds & 6dd on Wednesday night! Actually dh drove us -- they limited tickets to 4 per person.
Jonas Bros opened for her.

We all had lots of fun! We kept the secret from 6dd until it was time to get in the car to leave!

Dh had joined the Miley Cirus fan club specifically to get the presale code -- and then I was signed into ticketmaster a few minutes before presale opened....... We wanted to make sure I got the tickets! LOL! The sale was completed in less then 2 minutes into presale and I still had balconey seats! I do know that if I only needed 2 or 3 tickets I would have been able to get better seats.

We are flying Southwest for our cruise next month. I have never flown on Southwest before. Have any of you done that? How did you manage to do the check in before you came home from the ship? I don't want to miss any of my Castaway Cay time trying to get checked in to get a good boarding pass. If you get a higher letter, is it impossible to get any of your group sitting together. I don't care if we are all together, but it would be nice to do 2 and 2.

We are flying Southwest for our cruise next month. I have never flown on Southwest before. Have any of you done that? How did you manage to do the check in before you came home from the ship? I don't want to miss any of my Castaway Cay time trying to get checked in to get a good boarding pass. If you get a higher letter, is it impossible to get any of your group sitting together. I don't care if we are all together, but it would be nice to do 2 and 2.

Cristi, I have flown SW before. I like the room that the plane has. You do need to check in ASAP. They use to allow people with children board first regardless of their boarding letter(A,B,C, etc) but I think they have done away with this. If I were you I would pose this question on a thread to find out. If they have not done away with the boarding of younger children and families then it will not matter to you when you go on to do your boarding pass.

I never saw a problem with someone having trouble sitting together as you suggested 2 and 2. I do not think their planes will do 4 on one side. If I am remembering correctly it is 3 on each side. If I am remembering right it would be best to do the 2 and 2 anyway.

I plan on mailing my ornament out next week.

Thanks Selena. We usually do 2 and 2 when we book seats anyway, or sometimes three and then 1 across the aisle. For the boarding of people with younger kids, I wouldn't really think that would apply to us would it? I don't consider mine younger kids.

Aerial's Dad asked me if he could have her from Tuesday when she gets out of school until Sunday. They are going camping for Thanksgiving. So, I will be alone. I am going to my Step-Mom's for lunch. Her whole family will be there. I haven't been back to my Dad's house since his funeral. I really wanted to go over there before Christmas anyway, because I plan on going over there on Christmas eve. So anyway, since Aerial won't be here the day after Thanksgiving, and that's usually when we decorate for Christmas, we decorated today. I couldn't wait any longer. We hung lights on the window and put up the tree. I only see a few things so far I want to shop for on Black Friday, but I'm going to try online before I leave the house. I did decide to get her a computer. I would never order from Dell but they have the option of still giving you XP so I think I'm going to. Also, they are having a deal if you spend $999 you get $350 off and get a $100 gift card. So, I will get it for $650ish. It's about 100 or 200 more expensive then I wanted to pay, but that is a good deal so I'm thinking about getting it. Walmart was already getting to me today, so many people getting ready for Thanksgiving. I am ready to be done shopping. I'll probably be almost through after next weekend.

Marcie, I know it will be hard for you to go to your dad's old house but maybe it would be helpful with the grieving process. I know how hard it was for me to go to my mom's house and that was the next day! Your statement about getting XP is a plus!! We were just looking at laptops today. I never even knew that XP would be an option. I thought only Vista and I know that it is BAD! We got a free copy of it from HP when we got the new desktop but really don't want to install it. We want a laptop for travel when Ted retires. He was thinking that if we get it early that we can get used to it. The one we are looking at plays BlueRay and that is enticing to us because we would love a blueray. The laptop can hook to your home theater system and play the blue ray. The way we look at it you get 2 for 1.

Selena - thanks for the stocking stuffer ideas, that will be perfect for the girls.

Marcie - Sounds like a tough day for you. hang in there, if you need lots of hugs we will be there for you.

Cristi - SW has recently changed their procedures for boarding by adding numbers to the ABC boarding. We found this out coming back from FL last week. All boarding is now in chronological order, first is preboard families (kids under the age of 4) and handicap that have a printed boarding pass of A, then A #'s 1-30 boards, then A 31-60, then any other preboard people who didn't have an A boarding pass, then B 1-30, then B 31-60, then C. Chris and I had B17 and B18 and we were able to sit together as there was a lot of open seats in the back of the plane, but in Orlando it might be a little crazier with all the kids so you may want to take some time away to check in and print out your boarding passes if you really really want to sit together. The new number system is nice now since you don't have to line up an hour before the plane leaves to be the first one on!!!!!

At the Dell site you have the option to still get XP. It says...still looking for XP. They have blueray too in some. I think I'm going to get it next week.

I just found out my Uncle's wife is in the hospital. All I know is she was feeling week and now she is on life support and not responding. My Uncle was at the hospital a lot when my Dad was in there. He was also the pall bearer for my Dad, his brother who died about 50 years ago & my grandfather who died when my Dad was 16. That was special to me. I have to try and find more info today.

I told Elvis his room *glows*. LOL! I still can't believe I let them pick those colors!!! DH is very happy that I let the kids have whatever colors they want!
