I'm sorry that I have been MIA for so many weeks.... I have been way too busy!! For about 3 weeks I was only home for 3 non sleeping hours a day! ACK!!!! And I had to do laundry and fix meals during that time. I would have much prefered to play online instead!

Elvis has finished one play (Stinky Cheeseman) and is rehearsing for two others.... The Miracle Worker (it runs for 4 weekends) opens in two weeks and Nate The Great opens in just under 4 weeks.
Let's see how it goes performing in two shows at once!!!
Stinky Cheeseman was sold out for many of the performances ( they did a total of 7 performances and the theater holds 403 people.).

Samantha really enjoyed her mission trip to New Orleans (some of the youth from church worked with Habitat for Humanity). And she's been working some this summer, also.
We sure miss her when she is gone! She is such a helpful daughter!!! She is so good with her sister and brother.

I hope all of you are doing great and I hope not to let this long go without writing again!

Now I am off to catch up with my dis reading!

I am jealous!!!!!!! I haven't had a Jack in the Box anything for YEARS. I don't think we have anymore left in town. I use to love their greasy tacos.

Yes, I had a little piece but had pretzel chicken and salad for my dinner, skipped the carb there. I'm 27 now- 3 years until I'm 30! It was a nice birthday, though. A lot quieter than in years past, esp. college and when I worked in WDW.

I'm glad you had a good b-day! You're the same age as my oldest -- he turned 27 this year.

We just got back from Pikes Peak. It is 14,000 ft in elevation.

So you did 14,000 ft. the easy way...driving. Tammy and I did our first fourteener on Saturday. We reached the summit of Mt. Bierstadt at 14,060 ft in 4 hours and 20 minutes. I will have a link to some pictures hopefully by the end of the week.

Jrsy where are you?

My parents left yesterday around 2:30pm. I had taken off Friday, Monday and yesterday but hadn't spent about 1/2 hour online total over all of those days. Today, we are staying home because we are just over being with people all the time.

Hey all you busy monkeys. I had a nice relaxing day today. I worked out, went shopping with my friend Melissa and cooked dinner. Was nice to have the day off. Do any of you have a place by your house where you go and they have fresh food you prepare with seasonings and stuff and then take them home with the recipes? You put the meat in your freezer and then when you want to cook just take out one of the prepared meals. Well, my friend and I went there and bought a few meals. I made Teriakyi Chicken today. It was really good.

Guess what else I did!! I joined a gym. It's a family membership for Aerial and me. My friend Melissa joined too and we are going after work together. 30 minutes on the treadmill at a gym goes so fast compared to 30 minutes at home, and now I get to use weights too. They have a class every night at 6:30, like Yoga, pilates, and weight training. I really debated because I really didn't need any more bills, but i love to work out and this is something healthy. If I do it most nights, I will save money from whatever else I would be doing haha. So of course today we had to go buy new workout clothes.

Oh, one more thing....i made my first dinner for a man Sunday night. He's my friends little brother. A little younger then me, and he's not looking for anything serious, and since I really don't need anything serious, he's fun to hang around. Especially since we all go out together.

Oh I almost forgot haha. Aerial called me today, she's making money selling ice cream at the july 4th celebration with her step-mom. I was so proud. My working girl.

I have SO missed relaxing by readin the dis!!!!

We made our kids (16dd, 9ds & 6dd) VERY happy today.... we drove them to Kwik E Mart!!! (http://www.7-eleven.com/). It was about 45 minutes away (in North Dallas)! I'll try to post pictures in hte next day or two.
Our neighbors rent a hugh water slide every July 4th so, when we got home from out trip (we also went to eat at On The Border) I took the two youngest to their yard! We had fun there for a couple of hours.

Where are you staying? If I am not too late, you can buy VIP pool passes to the Palms pool on ebay so you can swim there. You can also get VIP tickets to the Hard Rock "Rehab" pool on Sundays and the Mirages VIP pool called Bare if you want to pool hop to different areas.

Sorry I was MIA, but it was so nice not to see a computer screen!!! I just got on my sister's computer because I was missing you all!!

I was going to post the same thing. There was a big article in the paper about it this week.

We watched the fireworks from our backyard last night and it wasn't 20 minutes after we went inside when a torrential downpour came through the area with no warning. I felt bad for anyone who had decided to walk over to the park to watch the fireworks.

DH has been a Simpson fan since the first episode -- it started out as a short during the Tracy Ullman Show (18? 19? yrs ago...)

Oh Heidi I have losts of questions. lol I will try to pm or email you so please look for that, ok?

I do not think on this trip we will have much time to do any pool hoping or anything like that. I think it will be more of looking at casinos and hanging with the crowd.

I know we are going to the M&M store, we want to see the lions and tigers, fountains at the Belliago, lightshow downtown and a few more things Bonnie wants to do.

We are going to a show one night.

Oh my brother is off on Monday and Tuesday so that is good. He might take off Sunday but I told him not to waste a vacation day.

OK I am going to try to start a pm or something to Heidi....I have so much to ask. I hope I do not forget it all. Heidi I might send you numerous emails in the next few days.
