Did you cut out all soda? I won't ask whether you cut out all alcohol (who says there's no such thing as a stupid question?). If you need a caffeine boost, use green tea instead of soda. I have the benefit of a wife who just turned 40 and now wants to climb her first fourteener to keep me in shape. We are planning to ascend Mount Bierstadt in June.Marcie - I have gained some weight that I haven't been able to get rid of since my last cruise!! (not like I really tried!) So now I am getting serious and setting small goals for myself. The first 2 weeks was drink at least 96 oz of water a day, second 2 weeks is first goal plus only take the stairs and park far away, third 2 weeks is goals + doing sit ups and free weights every night, then going to the gym more than once a week!!!
I got to spend another late night out on our job site Monday night/Tuesday morning. Got home around 2am again. All girders over the interstate are done now, so there shouldn't be any more late nights. Now I guess I've jinxed myself.
