Marcie - you should really thing about doing an online savings account like I am thinking of doing. HSBC has an interest rate at 5.05% and ING has an interest rate of 4.5% plus if you can find someone to refer you, ING will give you $25. All the CD's I researched out have a rate below what HSBC and ING are offereing.

Sandy have you been having fun with your new computer? I have the whole season of Grey's, Desperate Houswives and American Idol set to record. I love it. I've watched every episode of Grey's twice. LOL Then I delete them. Also, I have this feature in the guide where you can click on movies and it will tell you every movie playing at that time. Do you have that? I searched this movie I've been wanting to see the rest of that was on WE. Carolina, and it told me it's playing at midnight on Feb 2nd so I set that to record too. I just love it. BTW how about Grey's??? If Christina says no i will be so mad.

You know that there are two kinds of Colorado Girls: those who shave and those who don't.

I only lived in CO for a year (1981/82) but, we do go there about every other year or so......
BUT, these 2 things stuck out to me --
We lived down the street from Casa Bonita on Pierce.
And I asked one of dh's store managers (he is from Ft Worth but, managed one of the Denver stores for a few years) what he missed most about TX and he said *Women that wear make up.* He was in his mid to late 20's at the time.

Stephanie, maybe we can cruise together again! We MIGHT take the eastern repo again.

DH came home for lunch today and told me that he thought we should book the Eastern Repo for 2008. He said he still wasn't sure if that would be a good time for him to be off for over 2 weeks but, we could go ahead and book it!!!!

That's what we had heard so we never went. We were broke and if we were going to spend money on going out it had to be good! LOL! That's why it was usually Dino's.

I really hope that if we cruise together again that we actually take time out to sit and talk! Sorry I missed your party! I really wanted to see the Roy Suite. I wanted to compare it to the Walt Suite that our friends had and so graciously shared with us the whole trip..

I would really like to get a chance to talk with you! The Roy suite was very nice but, dh wasn't a fan of the creaking -- we understood the need to have things *bendable* for the waves, etc... But, dh is a very light sleeper... I don't think the poor man got more then 4 hrs of sleep a night!
This time we are hoping for a Cat 3 -- as we get closer we may put ourselves on a waiting list for somethng larger......
Our travel agent foundout today that they may not open the suites up for reservations onthe first day..... She told me that she would still be on the phone first thing for me -- just in case.

Cristi, Jeff was in the room with me. I also had a stuffed animal to hold but I do not remember what kind. I do not remember and odor but I am not saying there was not one. I had my surgery 4 years ago so I may not remember.

The worse thing for me was the sandy and hot sauce feeling. My surgery was pretty long due to my vision and other issues so I knew up front that it would be rough. That is why I had the feeling of the sand and hot sauce for a longer period of time than most have. I will say it has been worth evey single dime I spent.

Each person will react in a different way. A few people at work had had the surgery and they could not understand why I was not back at work in a days time. Excuse me!! lol I had a dr note and there was no way I could open my eyes. Of course I work with a bunch of nosey busy bodies. lol

For me I had drops that had to go in my eyes every hour for 12 hours. They I had to do them 4 times a day.

It sounds like you had it pretty rough with your surgery. I only had the burning the first day and most of the sandy feeling was gone by the third day. I do have a little itching from time to time. I am having problems with glaring and halos at night right now, but that is supposed to subside in a month or so. Now, I am to the point where I have two different drops that go in 4 times a day (those will be done tomorrow night) and the moisturizing drops every hour until Monday then it can go every 2 hours for those drops. I will probably be doing the drops every hour still. It is so dry here.

Mentally, yes; physically, no. We still have all of the last minute packing, and a lot of stuff that is set aside but not in a suitcase yet. I also need to figure out what Cosmo gets to bring along.

I have been lost all weekend. My internet server went wacko. Ted just got it up and running.

Had a good weekend. Game night went over real well. It was hilarious. My brother was sitting still in his chair when all of a sudden he went crashing to the floor. Little Tyler picked up a piece of the chair and carried it around saying "oh no". It was soooo cute. Then after everyone left Ted blew up our new sledding tube. Heidi, Ted and I were playing around with it INSIDE so we decided to go OUTSIDE. At 10 at night we were out front tubing!! Oh my goodness. We were rolling in laughter. It was soooo much fun. Just ask Heidi. LYMI Heidi!!

Can't remember what we did Saturday but today went over to the other house to hang up blinds.

All you Panama Canal people better get your finger ready to dial on Wednesday. Anyone know what time it opens????
