Did Dole Whips close? They were not open when we went by that morning. It was around 11:00 am.

I am working and posting this morning. I have a lot of computer work to do this morning. So inbetween the delay on our school program I am posting.

We came upon the performance and did not even realize what it was. Jeff told me to take the kids while he finsihed buying something.

I looked at where I was standing and I think if I was there it would have been around where that gusy head is. I know I was in that area.

That would have been really strange if Selena was in your pics.

Still no news about the biopsy. They said they would call as soon as they had a final report. I am really tired of taking the anti-fungal meds. They are pretty big capsules. Also, you are supposed to kind of stay away from alcohol since they are really hard on your liver. You know I can go a couple of weeks without even wanting a drink, but now that I am supposed to stay away, I sure want one. I did have a bahama mama when we went out to dinner the other night. I haven't keeled over yet.

Jrsy - you must be staying busy at work, haven't heard much from you!!!!

I can't wait until Friday so I can get my pictures printed and put away in an album. I have to label the pictures while I know now, which twin is which!!!!

I am thinking about buying a computer. Does anyone have any ideas what to buy? All I would be using it for is surfing the internet and storing pictures, graphics and Chris would use it for homework. We don't need anything fancy, just reliable. I am so tired of the slow ancient govt. one I have now. At least if I have my own, I can do whatever I want to it without needings special access and passwords.

Second, how adventurous are you feeling? You can probably get a real steal on those laptops with the potentially exploding batteries.

Finally, go to the Dell website and go through the process of selecting what you want and don't want just to get an idea of the price. Then do the same thing at the Gateway website. Then you can take a look at the computers available at Sam's Club, Best Buy, etc. and see how they compare.

We need to get another computer for the kids. I want a cheap one but one they can get on line and aim their friends. Do a little reserach. I even thought of getting another laptop.

I have a compaq and a compaq laptop hopefully I am not jixing myself but I haven't had any problems. Heidi, I agree with everyone else. Steer away from the brand your Mom has. I bet Sandy will be glad to be back!!!

Cristi, hopefully the docs will call soon with results!! Speaking of docs Grey's Anatomy comes on tomorrow night. I'm glad because there hasn't been much on to interest me in the past few nights.

As for me, I went to the doctor today finally. I have a sinus infection and I got a shot. I really don't have time to be sick, work is sooo hectic and every evening is volleyball. Practice is usually over at 5:30 but apparently it was over at 5 today and I wasn't informed. Well I asked DH to pick Aerial up since I was just getting out of the doctor and he was not too happy when he got home, apparently the coach was not too happy either since he didn't get there until around 5:30 (the time practice is usually over) The funny part is when I asked Aerial why she didn't call me and tell me we needed to hurry up she told me that she just told the coach I probably got lost. Good news is I get this cast off my foot next Monday!! But the crazy thing is I am dreading what is next. I HAVE to wear tennis shoes for 2 weeks and I dress up for work. I will be tramatized. Dresses and tennis shoes just don't work for me. I think this weekend I am going to reward myself with a brand new pair of nikes and some dress pants. Pants will probably look a lot better then skirts. It's gotten cooler here this week. Low's in the upper 50s highs in the low 80s. The mornings are almost cool enough for me to wear a jacket. But, I get cold easy. I guess winter has to come eventually. Makes me cold just thinking of it.

Okay I'm off to relax!

Marcie - I would be traumatized too, dressing up and tennis shoes just don't go together. I agree, go buy some pants because they will look a lot better than skirts or dresses with tennis shoes.....I feel your fashion statement pain!!! Since I have been back, our weather here has been ranging from the mid 60's to mid 70's (that's our high)!! Our low in the morning has been high 30's and low 40's. Coming in to work at 5:30 I have to wear a jacket!!!!!

I have actually been to that website before! It was listed in 5280 Magazine's Top of the Town issue, so I had checked it out back then. Thanks for reminding me. I took 1/2 day on Friday so that we could take Alex to a place near Broadway & C470 called "Jungle Quest." It has ziplines and a climbing wall and a rope bridge and the kids all wear safety harnesses the whole time so they can just hook on with a carbiner and swing or climb or zip away. It was pretty cool.

Work...shmirk...I'm going to the Great American Beer Festival after work today. I don't expect to be very focused today...or tomorrow, for that matter.
