How much snow did all of you get? I heard some places got 3 feet with snow drifts to 15 feet tall!! I hope all of you are good and safe.

Marcie, I am sorry I missed what you said about Ariel. I hope she gets better soon. Strep is no fun for anyone.

Mac and E now have braces. I am going to take a picture later and post it. They look so cute. Mac chose pink and purple bands and E has Carolina Blue for them Tarheels (UNC).

. Surprised to here that it is THAT cold in TX.

It gets cold here - sometimes and not for more then a few days -- it just doesn't snow! LOL! Except in the Panhandle.

We had a strong wind from the North on Sunday that made it really cold! But, it was sunny.

I don't know where in TX she is but it is supposed to be int eh 70's on Friday.

Hi! I'm from southeast texas, Port Arthur, on the coast. It stays pretty warm here mostly but it's been a little cold here this year. I did see that it's warming up at the end of the week. That's good news to me.

I am at work soooo sleepy today. Aerial finally goes to the doctor today. She was running fever again last night. She hasn't hardly eaten and been sick since Saturday. I did get her to eat a little baked potato soup yesterday. Okay I better get to work.

Oh I remember the pain of braces. But, that was too long ago for colored rubber bands. I hope they feel better soon.

Aerial just got out of the dr. The doc says she has a very bad case of strep throat. So hopefully the medicine will fix her up and we don't catch it.

Poor Aerial. Hopefully the meds will be a quick fix and she will feel better so she can start to eat. Pixie Dust to you and Dane that you do not come down with strep also.

Selena - I so remember the pain of braces. Take lots of IBprofin and have lots of wax on hand when the wire starts rubbing on their cheeks.

It's about 2 hrs East of me off of I-20 (and I live a block off of I-20)
Kilgore is famous for the Kilgore Rangerettes -- a Drill team at their community college. It's really close to Shervport, LA.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with ice cream for dinner is there?? Heck it's dairy, right? At least you BOTH have it easy for awhile with cooking. Last minute plans and we went out to dinner.

Hmmm, speaking about plans. Wonder where Heidi is. She dropped off her car last night for new brakes and had to drive Chris' to work. There are so many deep ruts around here that she was concerned about clearance. Hope she is ok. She normally posts by now.

Stephanie, we have been to Longview and Kilgore. Beautiful, beautiful! We flew into Dallas one time to visit them.

I want ice cream for dinner!!! I'm telling Chris that is what I am making for dinner...problem is he would agree!!!! I love soups and I love ice cream, so what's better than that!!!

Chris and I finally decided that we are going to wait and get married in summer of 2008. August 2007 is just not possible at all.

Yesterday I told my ex-boyfriend's dad that I am engaged. I was with his son for almost 5 years. He was suprised and his voice cracked and he had tears in his eyes. I felt so bad, I guess he really still hoped that his son and I could end up together and that I would be his DIL.

I had popcorn for dinner last night. We decided to surprise Alex so I took the new light rail line from work right down to the theater on Colorado Blvd. & I-25 while Tammy took Alex from home out to "run some errands." Imagine his surprise when they pulled into the parking lot of the theater and there I was waiting for them.

We saw "Night at the Museum" on the IMAX screen. It was a really good movie; I recommend it very highly!
